At Total Integration Health and Wellness our goal is to help individuals reach their optimal state of being. We assist with medication management for most psychiatric disorders. However just as important we help individuals cultivate inner peace through the development of mindfulness meditation exercises that include, focus attention meditation, open monitoring meditation and loving kindness/compassion meditation.
